Our fulfilment partner aim to despatch every order confirmed and paid for up to 2.00pm on the same day Monday to Friday. Orders made after 2.00pm will be packed and despatched the following collection day (excluding weekends, Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve). Delivery times are aims/estimated only and are not guaranteed. Warehouse staff may also at their discretion handle and despatch orders faster if possible.
A tracking ID will be emailed at point of processing completion. This will become "live" once the carrier scans the parcel into their system.
Delivery costs and carrier used are dependent on the weight of product/s purchased and postcode of destination.
We reserve the right to update these costs at any point without notice. Delivery costs will not change once your order is confirmed, unless the delivery address carries a specific surcharge, in which case we will contact you before sending or cancelling the order.
On occasion a carrier service may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control. We regret that according to the carriers' terms and conditions, expedited postage costs are non refundable. Delivery services require extra time following closures and busy periods such as Bank Holidays, extreme weather conditions, "Black Friday", during a pandemic, during industrial worker strikes or absences due to sickness, and when delays due to additional demands are to be expected.
By ordering online you agree to be available to receive delivery or to collect from a local Post Office / depot if required - including situations when an order may be unexpectedly delayed. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs including costs of "refused" and "not called for" orders. It is strongly recommended to interact with the carrier's tracking and use of their App to aid successful delivery.
We do not deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses. (Orders made to non deliverable addresses that are subsequently refunded will incur an administration fee).
Royal Mail will usually attempt delivery twice and collection will be available after the second delivery attempt. A "Safeplace" or delivery to a neighbour may be used at the Postal Officer's discretion. Royal Mail do not deem an item "lost" until 10 working days have passed and will hold items for 18 days. You can update delivery options and request a "Safeplace" via the Royal Mail App.
Parcelforce will not leave a parcel unattended and will only attempt delivery once. If no one is available they may leave the parcel with a neighbour or take it to a local collection point where collection will be required within 7 days.
DPD will aim to provide a one hour delivery slot that cannot be changed and may leave a parcel in a "Safeplace" or take a parcel to a Pickup Locker where collection will be required within 3 days, including weekends.
SHIPPING & COSTS
Our partner utilises the services of Royal mail (PFW) and DPD who are our current delivery providers.
- Delivery to all mainland UK* addresses is free for standard delivery (3-5 working days from collection, not including weekends, not guaranteed)
- Expedited delivery to all mainland UK* addresses is £2.45 (1-2 working days from collection, not including weekends, not guaranteed)
Non mainland UK
- non mainland UK* includes Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Man - the relevant box for Country and Region/Province must be selected for an order to be despatched
- Due to carrier surcharges orders to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands will incur higher delivery charges (Please also see post Brexit Northern Ireland information below).
- Isle of Man must be selected at country level as required by the carrier
- An administration charge is applied to all orders that require customs information
NORTHERN IRELAND:
The UK left the EU’s Single Market and Customs Union on 1st January 2021. This has resulted in changes that apply to customers in Northern Ireland, who remain in the single market.
Please see your government's customs authority website for any special importation requirements for importing from 3rd countries.
The buyer is responsible to understand what items may be prohibited to be imported into their country from GB - which is now regarded as a 3rd country. In particular, but not limited to:
- Limitations on quantities or weight of food items for personal use
- Restrictions of "Products of Animal Origin" (For example, products made from milk, such as whey protein powder)
- Restrictions of Certified Organic Products
When you import goods into your country/region, your customs authority may return orders (due to restricted products or total order weight) or charge you; VAT, Import Duties, Administration charges, Redelivery fees.
By placing your order on this website, you agree to accept all importation charges & fees applied by your customs authority.
Returned or not collected orders will be refunded less postage, packaging, handling, administration and return costs.
EU & REST OF WORLD:
We are very sorry to advise that due to prohibited items, additional duties and VAT charges, admininstration changes, redelivery fees and failed imports to the EU as a result of BREXIT, we are no longer able to deliver any products to the EU.
We do not deliver to rest of world destinations.
Deliberate use of incorrect address information will incur an administration charge for any refund provided.
