All PINK SUN products purchased via our website are manufactured and supplied to high standards and are covered by the PINK SUN Money Back Guarantee.  If you wish to return your purchase in unopened condition a full 100% refund will be provided.

Arrangement of return postage and all costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer.  All returns must be pre-authorised to the correct return address.

Important notes:

It is recommended that you retain a proof of posting certificate for any returns just in case it is misplaced by your mail service. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue your refund within 3-10 working days. Please ensure your return has been authorised before arranging delivery.  

*Opened items that do not retain their seal may not be returned.

*Returned items purchased as part of a multi-variant to give a per item discount will have the discount removed prior to the refund being made. 

The maximum liability of PINK SUN Ltd and the user's remedy for any product/s supplied under these Terms & Conditions shall be a replacement or refund by PINK SUN Ltd for the full amount of the product/s.
