PINK SUN Goat Milk Powder is 100% simply spray dried whole goat milk, just add water for a fresh goat milk substitute. Preferred by individuals intolerant to cows' milk. The cream has not been skimmed or removed, providing high quality whole goat milk. High in fat and protein. Rich in calcium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamin A, B1, B2 and B12. Source of zinc. Contains milk sugars in the form of LACTOSE. Made in Europe.
How to make/Amount of milk made per 1kg bag:
- Lower fat goat milk: To 900ml of luke warm water, add 2 flat scoops (60g powder), shake or mix well, refrigerate to cool. Refrigerate up to 3 days.
- 1kg bag will make 15 litres of milk, £1.73/litre (26.4 pints, 98p/pint)
- Full cream goat milk: To 900ml of luke warm water, add 4 flat scoops (120g powder), shake or mix well, refrigerate to cool. Refrigerate up to 3 days.
- 1kg bag will make 7.5 litres of milk (13.2 pints)
To avoid lumps use a bottle with leakproof lid, add liquid first, then powder, and mix well. A small milk frother / handheld electric whisk also works very well.

Despite best endevours zip locks on pouches may occasionally fail, please reseal by folding packet and fastening or store contents in another container. Scoop usually included, but may on occasion be omitted.

Lactose intolerant?
All milk contains lactose and each person will react to lactose differently. If you are lactose intolerant this product may not be suitable.
Mixability, will your goat milk powder mix with water, milk, plant based milks etc?
Yes. All PINK SUN milks and whey proteins will mix with a wide variety of liquids. Always be sure to add the liquid first and then the whey protein powder to your mixer/shaker.
Pasteurised or Raw milk?
PINK SUN milk powders and whey proteins are carefully prepared from milk which must be heated to 72°C for 15 seconds to meet UK food standards regulations. Although raw milk may be sold under certain conditions in the UK, it is unlawful to manufacture "raw whey" in the UK, EU or the USA.
Pregnant and breastfeeding, is it safe to use?
PINK SUN goat milk powder is a wholefood and considered safe for consuming when pregnant or breastfeeding
Protein per serving?
PINK SUN milk and whey proteins come with a scoop which is typically 25g of powder (30g for Goat Mlik and Easy Whey Xtra). So the amount of protein per scoop will be the Amount or protein per 100g, found on the individual product page tab “Nutritional Information/100g” divided by 3.3. However if you require a specific amount of protein per meal then use the formula, Weight of powder in grams / 100 x Amount of protein per 100g.
Residues and contaminants, do you test for these?
According to our monitoring plan our main products are analysed, according to EU law, for residues and contaminants (solvents, aflatoxine M1, pesticides, pcb's, dioxin, heavy metals, radioactivity, antibiotics). All processed raw materials are covered by the analyses. The results were below the limits given by law.
Shelf life, how long does your product last once opened?
We would usually recommend using the product within 6 months of opening but if kept in a air sealed dry location the product should last longer than this period.

Use By date or Best Before date, what are these?
PINK SUN goat milk powder is non-perishable foods and do not have “Use By” dates”. Our goat milk powder has a “Best Before” date (BBE). We will always endeavour to have product with at least 12 months before the BBE date, but in rare occasions this may be between 6 and 12 months.
