Contains medium chain triglycerides Caprylic acid (C8) and Capric acid (C10) combined with organic acacia fibre. Use this soluble powder as a coffee creamer, blend into drinks or smoothies or sprinkle over cereals and other foods. Caprylic acid (C8) and Capric acid (C10) are both derived from 100% organic coconut oil made in Sri Lanka from sustainable coconut sources. Gluten free, palm oil free, low carb and supports a Keto diet, up to 15g per day.
