Chocolate almond coconut truffles

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c PINK SUN xylitol
  • 1/4 c water
  • 100g butter
  • 1/2 c PINK SUN organic coconut oil
  • 3/4 c PINK SUN organic cacao powder
  • 1/2 c PINK SUN organic almond flour
  • 1/4 c PINK SUN organic coconut flour
  • 3/4 c organic raw desiccated coconut 

 

 

Instructions

In a small saucepan add xylitol to water and dissolve by stirring over low heat.  Add butter and coconut oil to water and stir until melted.  Add cacao powder and blend until smooth.  Remove from heat and stir in almond and coconut flour.  Roll into balls and roll in coconut.  Place on a lined tray and set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
