PINK SUN Certified Organic Unsweetened Chocolate Buttons from premium cacao beans consist of 100% pure, dark cacao solids with no added sugar or sweeteners. Moulded into smooth, round buttons for quick and easy melting these unsweetened chocolate buttons can be used in baking, homemade chocolate recipes, or as a dark, bitter, sugar free snack. Non GM, gluten free, suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Unrefined. Contains no additives. Made in Peru.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a high possibility the buttons could melt, separate or break in transit and in the post. Some separation of powder and butter or discolouring may occur, but the properties will not be affected. If this happens, the product can be gently melted, recombined and reset. For this reason, this product is most suitable for those who intend to use it after melting, such as in home made chocolate making.
Some separation of the butter and powder, or discolouring may occur. Chocolate can be re-tempered multiple times to recombine the contents.

Are your cocoa beans fermented?
Yes, like all organic cocoa, the PINK SUN organic cocoa beans used to make our powders, drops, chocolate buttons and nibs are fermented before drying and futher processing.
